In fun ways we are able to explore the most fundamental challenges of human existence, navigating core issues in an empowering manner. The benefits from exposure to the ideas explored in this course are many and varied but not least a lifelong improvement in one’s ability to negotiate.
Built upon the principles of Non Violent Communication, Compassionate Communication is also sometimes known as “How to Get What You Want.” It is a powerful way to assert our needs in a way which is never at the expense of someone else.
